AI Agents & Process Automation
Agents that read a message, call or form, decide what to do, and act across your CRM, WhatsApp and calendar.
Reading a new enquiry…
In short
An AI agent reads an input such as a WhatsApp enquiry, a call transcript or a form, decides the next step, and carries it out across your systems instead of waiting for someone to be free. Skandava builds these on top of the CRM, WhatsApp and call-recording integrations we already run, so the agent can act, not just chat, and anything ambiguous is handed to a person with full context.
What you get.
Reads and decides
The agent reads an enquiry, a call transcript or a form, and works out the next step instead of it sitting in a queue until someone is free.
Acts in your systems
It logs a lead to your CRM, replies on WhatsApp, updates a record or books a follow-up, using the same integrations we already build for CRM and WhatsApp projects.
Knows when to stop
Anything ambiguous, high-value or sensitive is handed to a person, with the full context attached, rather than guessed at.
Built on infrastructure you can see
Hosted on AWS, with a log of what the agent did and why for every action, so it is not a black box you have to trust blindly.
What an agent actually does
Most “AI chatbot” products answer one question and stop. An agent is different: it reads something that arrives (a WhatsApp message, a call recording, a form submission), works out what should happen next, and does it, across the systems you already use, not just inside a chat window.
Because we already build the CRM, WhatsApp and call-recording integrations most AI agent projects get stuck wiring up, our agents can take real action from day one rather than just producing a suggestion for someone to copy and paste.
Where this fits what we already build
- A lead-qualifying agent that reads a WhatsApp or web enquiry, asks the missing details, and logs a scored lead straight into your CRM.
- A call-outcome agent that reads a CORE call transcript and tags the result (interested, not interested, call back) on the right CRM record.
- A support-triage agent that reads an incoming message, drafts a reply, and routes anything it is not confident about to a person.
- An ops agent for a SaaS product: chasing overdue invoices, sending renewal reminders, or flagging churn risk before you lose the account.
How we work
- Discovery. Which process is repetitive, what “good” looks like, and which systems the agent needs to read from and write to.
- Scope and data rules. A written scope, a fixed estimate, and clear agreement on what data the agent can see and where it hands off to a person.
- Build and test. The agent runs alongside your current process first, so you can check its decisions before it acts on its own.
- Launch and monitor. A log of every action it takes, so you can see what it did and adjust the rules as you learn.
Questions we hear a lot.
What is an "AI agent", in plain terms?
Software that reads something (a message, a call, a form) and takes a multi-step action on its own, such as logging it to your CRM and replying, rather than just answering a single question like a chatbot does.
Will it replace my staff?
No. It removes the repetitive first step, reading and logging, so your team spends time on the judgement calls the agent correctly hands over, instead of retyping the same information between systems.
Is our customers' data safe?
We agree with you up front what data the agent can see and which parts, if any, are sent to an external AI provider. Sensitive fields can be withheld or masked. We can also work through what this means under India's DPDP Act.
What does it cost to run, beyond the build?
A one-time build cost, plus an ongoing usage cost for the AI provider that scales with how much the agent actually handles. We size this with you before anything launches so there are no surprises.
Can it connect to the CRM or WhatsApp setup we already have?
Yes, if we already built that integration. If not, connecting it is usually the first step of the project, the same work covered in our CRM integration and WhatsApp messaging services.
